The format for all entries should be as follows: - Category number
- Name of authority, organisation or company
- Contact name, address, telephone number and email address
- Title of project
- An executive summary of approximately 20-340 words describing the project
- More detailed description of the project – approximately 800 – 1000 words
The detailed description should be either a MS Word or PDF document which should cover the following: - The objective or purpose of the project
- The current situation, the proposed solution and the actual fulfilment
- Mention should also be made of any special initiatives such as energy efficiency and the needs of the community, together with the impact it has had on the adjoining area
- Although not obligatory, separate booklet showing photographs and plans of the submissions is helpful for the judges. This part will be returned if requested.
